 SCHEDULE

  • On Tuesday, September 17, 2013, registration will begin at 8:00AM and the session will take place from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
  • On Wednesday, September 18, 2013, the session will begin at 8:30AM and last until 5:00PM.
  • On Thursday, September 19, 2013, the session will begin at 8:30AM and last until 5:00PM.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Grand Hyatt Denver for event attendees with a special event rate of $149 single/double occupancy.

The cut-off date is September 2, 2013. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis.

PARKING

Valet parking is offered by the hotel in a covered garage adjoining the hotel.

Overnight and daily rates are:

  • $10 for 0 – 3 hours
  • $16 for 3 – 10 hours
  • $28 for 10+ hours

Oversized vehicle parking is also available for $35 per day, please note that there is a maximum clearance height of 6’ 9” for all oversized vehicles. Self-Parking is available at several lots located near the hotel, fees vary.


LOCAL TRANSPORTATION (TO/FROM AIRPORT)

Denver International Airport (DEN)

The Grand Hyatt Denver is located 40 minutes from the airport. Shuttle service to and from the airport is not available through the hotel.

Taxi: Approximately $55 - $60 one way.

Super Shuttle:  $22 per person one way. Call 1-800-258-3826 for reservations.


MEALS

All meals will be on your own.
