EVENT AGENDA

• On Wednesday, April 23, 2014, registration will begin at 8:00AM and the session will take place from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
• On Thursday and Friday, April 24-25, 2014, the session will begin at 8:30AM and last until 5:00PM.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Washington Hilton for event attendees with a special event rate of $224 single/double occupancy. 

The cut-off date is April 8, 2014. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis.

To make hotel reservations, please call 1-800-HILTONS. Be certain to specify the NRM room block code. You may also make reservation online by visiting www.washington.hilton.com. Enter NRM in the “group code” section under special rates. 

PARKING

Valet parking is offered by the hotel in a covered garage adjoining the hotel.

Overnight and daily rates are:

• $22 for 0 – 2 hours
• $46 for 2+ hours

Oversized vehicle parking is also available for $46 per day, please note that there is a maximum clearance height of 6’ 4” for all oversized vehicles. 

Self-parking is also offered by the hotel in a covered garage adjoining the hotel.

Overnight and daily rates are: 

• $13 for 0 – 1 hour
• $19 for 1 – 2 hours
• $36 for 2+hours

Other self-parking is available at several lots located near the hotel, fees vary.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION (TO/FROM AIRPORT)

Shuttle service to and from the airport is not available through the hotel. However there are several options for transportation as noted below.

Reagan National Airport (DCA)

The Washington Hilton is located approximately 20-30 minutes from the airport.

Taxi: Approximately $20 one way.

Super Shuttle: $16 per person one way. Call 1-800-258-3826 for reservations.

Metro (see map below): Approximately $4 per person one way and 40 minutes travel time. Take exit to Q Street. The Washington Hilton is located approximately 8 minute walk (0.4 miles) from the Dupont Circle Metro Station.

Dulles International Airport (IAD)
The Washington Hilton is located approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour from the airport. 
Taxi: Approximately $65 one way. Super Shuttle: $31 per person one way. Call 1-800-258-3826 for reservations.

Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI)
The Washington Hilton is located approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hour from the airport. 
Taxi: Approximately $90 one way. 
Super Shuttle: $40 per person one way. Call 1-800-258-3826 for reservations.
