SCHEDULE
- On Tuesday, July 29, 2014, registration will begin at 8:00AM and the session will take place from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
- On Wednesday and Thursday, July 30-31, 2014, the session will begin at 8:30AM and last until 5:00PM.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Downtown Denver for event attendees with a special event rate of $156 single/double occupancy. The “Cut-Off Date” is July 14, 2014. Reservation requests received after the Cut-Off Date will be accepted on a space available basis.

Valet parking is offered by the hotel in a covered garage under the hotel.
Overnight and daily rates are:
- 0-1 hrs $8.00
- 1-2 hrs $16.00
- 2-3 hrs $24.00
- 3+ hrs $27.00
- Monday - Friday after 4:00pm until 2:00am - $8.00
- All day Saturday & Sunday - $8.00
Overnight parking is $27 per night and Oversized parking is also available for $35 per day.
Other self-parking is available at several lots located near the hotel, fees vary.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION (TO/FROM AIRPORT)
Shuttle service to and from the airport is not available through the hotel. However there are several options for transportation as noted below.
Denver International Airport (DEN)
The Sheraton Downtown Denver is located 30-40 minutes from the airport. Shuttle service to and from the airport is not available through the hotel.
Taxi: Approximately $55 - $60 one way.
Super Shuttle: $22 per person one way. Call 1-800-258-3826 for reservations.
