EVENT AGENDA

• On Tuesday, August 26, 2014, registration will begin at 8:00 AM.
• On Wednesday and Thursday, August 27-28, 2014, the session will begin at 8:30 AM.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

A block of rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree Scottsdale for event attendees with a special event rate of $75 single/double occupancy. The “Cut-Off Date” is August 8, 2014. Reservation requests received after the Cut-Off Date will be accepted on a space available basis. To make hotel reservations, please contact the DoubleTree at 1-800-222-8733. Be certain to specify the FPI room block code.

PARKING

Valet and self-parking is offered by the hotel and is complimentary.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION (TO/FROM AIRPORT)

Shuttle service to and from the airport is not available through the hotel. However there are several options for transportation as noted below.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

The Doubletree Scottsdale is located 9 miles from the airport. Car service to and from the airport (maximum of 4 people) is available through the hotel for a fee of $35 one-way.

Taxi: Approximately $40 - $60 one way.

Super Shuttle: $18 per person one way. Call 1-800-258-3826 for reservations.
