EVENT AGENDA

• On Wednesday, June 11, 2014, registration will begin at 8:00AM and the session will take place from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
• On Thursday and Friday, June 12-13, 2014, the session will begin at 8:30AM and last until 5:00PM.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Scottsdale for event attendees with a special event rate of $79 single/double occupancy. The “Cut-Off Date” is May 30, 2014. Reservation requests received after the Cut-Off Date will be accepted on a space available basis. To make hotel reservations, please contact the Hilton at 480-948-7750. Be certain to specify the FIR room block code. 

PARKING

Valet and self-parking is offered by the hotel and is complimentary.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION (TO/FROM AIRPORT)

Shuttle service to and from the airport is not available through the hotel. However there are several options for transportation as noted below.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

The Hilton Scottsdale is located 8 miles from the airport. Car service to and from the airport (maximum of 3 people) is available through the hotel for a fee of $38 one-way.

Taxi: Approximately $40 - $60 one way.

Super Shuttle:  $18 per person one way. Call 1-800-258-3826 for reservations.
